Because items are made to order, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once production has started. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To keep your item looking its best:

• Wash inside out in cold water

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

• Do not iron directly over vinyl
